Come flow with Nico Marie for a New Moon in Libra centered yoga session followed by the vibrations of beautiful singing bowl sounds of Balanced Rituals. During the yoga session, Black music such as R&B, soul, & more is played to create a familiar & comfortable atmosphere.

New moons are always great for new beginnings, but this New Moon in Libra brings focus to balance, harmony, & letting go. To harness those energies, we'll be doing poses that activate the Heart Chakra & Sacral Chakra. The extended sound bath that follows is meant to encourage healing & relaxation.
