We’ve not only included professional competition combinations, along with street style jumping, we designed games and challenges, that will teach your children sportsmanship, confidence, patience, leadership skills, performance skills and most of all they will have fun, fun, fun! And not to worry, we taught thousands of people how execute these moves inside the rope. All of our certified Double Dutch Aerobics instructors are skilled and trained to teach anyone how to jump Double Dutch in less than a minute. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY!
