  • Cybrina Cooper - Talent Acquisition Expert. Cybrina currently works as a thought-leader and resident expert on how to attract, retain, and develop high-performing talent. A key component of her work is understanding the competitive landscape in the job market and how to stand out as a candidate. • Dr. Nikki Smith - Creator and Host. Dr. Nikki is a community and business leader who is passionate about career development. As the ongoing pandemic and economic turbulence continue to widen the wage gap for women, Dr. Nikki saw an opportunity to create a space to talk transparently about equitable pay and why we must demand it.

What You'll Get Out Of It: Guests will walk away with an understanding of the current wage gap amongst women of color, what is pay equity, and what steps can we take to achieve equitable pay within our respective roles. With finances being such an intimate topic, this space will provide safety to speak freely to discuss obstacles in our way, how it has impacted us both individually and collectively, and how those obstacles can be overcome.
