This important event is in support of Kimberly Gardner who is up for re-election as Circuit Attorney and Tishaura Jones who is up for re-election as Treasurer of the City of St. Louis, Missouri. 

We will gather at 2:30 pm on the steps of the Old Courthouse at 11 N 4th St. where Sister Bettye Crawford Bell will speak on Dred Scott city and its lingering effects as they relate to our current conditions. 
Sister Carla Coffee Wright will read an amazing poem before we begin our journey at 3 pm to the steps of 1114 Market St; The Carnahan Courthouse. 

Topics of discussion are as follows:

August 4th Voting and why this particular vote is historical.
Police Terrorism and how Circuit Attorney Kimberly Gardners work is changing the trajectory and pissing off the establishment. 
Community Crime and how it too is being changed through CA Gardner's Diversion Program and other important work her office is implementing.
How the treasurers office impacts the progress of our city.
The Pandemic and the reopening of schools, our health and its lasting effects on our lives. 
The 2020 Census and how it impacts our lives through dispossession and gentrification.

We will have free masks available, hand sanitizer and water. 

The lead organizer and Director of Black Power for the IBFA, Julia Davis will MC.
