Yoga with Nico always involves heat activating yoga flow to a dope mix featuring genres such as TRAP, SOUL, ELECTRONIC, HIP-HOP, ALTERNATIVE RAP, & MORE!
We'll have a fire music playing the whole class, mixes are curated by me, DJ Nico (& friends).
