The Forum 2019 - "We Are The Ones"

The Forum is an OPEN dialogue for all members across the midwest to engage in, as a means to create change and progress.

This year's goals include:

Creating a sense of urgency and responsibility to tackle health disparities

Defining public health and how social inequities and/or disparities impact African-American communities

Developing an understanding of what community-based organizations do and how they serve our communities

Mobilizing communities to connect and advocate for social change

The Forum 2019 is an event filled with information and education that can be useful to individuals seeking to learn more about these disparities and how to prevent them.

Our intention is to provide a well-rounded experience enabling our community members and experts in their respective fields to engage in rich dialogue that will move us all to productive action.
