Join us at Title Boxing Club, Rock Hill, for an upbeat & energizing power hour boxing class on Friday, January 25th. Class begins at 5:30pm, but plan on arriving 15 minutes early. We welcome ALL fitness levels and there is no boxing experience needed--we will teach you all you need to know! We will have music by DJ Peezy and food & drinks to follow. All ladies box free!
