This workshop focuses on embracing the spirit and unique sensuality of the black female body. We have all felt harmful messages around us that can lead to disliking our body or feeling ashamed about certain body parts. Together we will explore the root causes of our body shame and learn to rewrite these narratives to better love who we are and who we are becoming. This workshop also explores ways to embrace and feel comfortable with our sensuality and sexuality as black women. We will create waist beads as a reminder that you are beautiful, sensual, and worthy of self-love. This workshop is for all women identified people of African descent and people with vulvas of African descent
